My client, a main dealership based in Sussex, seeks an experienced Parts Supervisor / Parts Manager to join their team and provide top-quality service to customers at the parts counter. Are you an experienced Automotive Parts Manager or Parts Supervisor looking for career progression?
Ideal candidates must have previous dealership or supplier experience in an automotive parts department.
Role Responsibilities:
- Optimising the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to Retail Customers, Sales Department customers, and workshop customers.
- Meeting the needs of parts customers and increasing all aspects of the parts business through direct selling.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
- Invoice preparation and explaining parts to customers.
- Managing the Parts Team.
