My client, an accident repair centre based in Kent, seeks an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team to help provide top quality service to customers that visit our parts counter. Are you an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor or an experienced Parts person looking for career progression?
Ideal candidates for this Parts Supervisor role must have previous dealership, accident repair centre or supplier experience in an automotive parts department.
Our Parts Advisor role in this dealership involves:
- Optimising the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to Retail Customers, Sales Department customers and workshop customers.
- Meeting the needs of parts customers and increasing all aspects of the parts business through direct selling.
- Ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied at all stages.
- Confirmation and explanation of all paperwork to customers.
- Invoice preparation and full explanation of the parts to the customer.
- Arrange collection times and methods of payment.
- Agree and arrange future contact appointments.
You must possess fluent IT skills, have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work as part of a team and as an individual, and able to converse with customers both over the telephone and face-to-face.
