Are you a multi-tasking maestro with a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a versatile Service Advisor to join our team in Churt.

The Role

You will be the face and voice of our aftersales department, ensuring every Honda owner receives the "Power of Dreams" level of service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, from initial booking to customer collection.
  • Translate "mechanic-speak" into clear, helpful updates for customers.
  • Upsell relevant products and services (VHCs, service plans, and Warranties) with integrity.
  • Maintain thorough product expertise and update your knowledge through manufacturer-led training, both in person and online.

What We're Looking For

  • Motor Trade Experience: Previous experience in a UK franchised dealership (Aftersales, Service, or Parts) is essential.
  • Communication Skills: You can handle a busy phone line and a face‑to‑face queue with a smile and a calm head.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Kerridge/ RTC / Manufacturer systems.
  • The Honda Mindset: A commitment to "Fixed Right First Time" and providing a premium customer experience.
  • Local Knowledge: A full UK driving licence and a manageable commute to our Churt location.
