The Role:
- You will be the face and voice of our aftersales department, ensuring every Honda owner receives the "Power of Dreams" level of service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, from initial booking to customer collection.
- Translate "mechanic-speak" into clear, helpful updates for customers.
- Upsell relevant products and services (VHCs, service plans, and Warranties) with integrity.
- Maintain thorough product expertise and update your knowledge through manufacturer led training, both in person and online.
What We’re Looking For:
- Motor Trade Experience: Previous experience in a UK franchised dealership (Aftersales, Service, or Parts) is essential.
- Communication Skills: You can handle a busy phone line and a face-to-face queue with a smile and a calm head.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Kerridge/ RTC / Manufacturer systems.
- The Honda Mindset: A commitment to "Fixed Right First Time" and providing a premium customer experience.
- Local Knowledge: A full UK driving licence and a manageable commute to our Churt location.
