Now, we’re looking for our number two – a strategic, commercial, and operational powerhouse who can help us scale our impact, grow our client base, and lead with clarity and care. The Role

This is a high-impact, multi-faceted leadership role. You’ll lead operations, customer experience, and commercial strategy, with a clear focus on B2B business development and sales. Your success will be measured by how well you turn opportunity into growth and how effectively you make things run better.

Your responsibilities will include:

B2B Outreach & Sales

  • Lead the charge on acquiring new corporate clients.
  • Build and manage a B2B pipeline – from outreach to closing.
  • Refine our messaging and approach for HR teams and decision-makers.
  • Represent MotivatePT at events and in pitches with confidence and professionalism.

Sales & Revenue Ownership

  • Manage and convert inbound leads (B2C and B2B).
  • Improve and optimise our sales funnel and CRM processes.
  • Coach internal team members on sales techniques where needed.
  • Operational Leadership
  • Own daily operations, streamline workflows, and manage our delivery systems.
  • Lead internal projects, launches, and service improvements from start to finish.
  • Customer Success & Experience
  • Maintain and improve the client and trainer experience.
  • Handle escalations with care and ensure clients feel truly supported.
  • Business Development & Strategy
  • Identify and act on opportunities for growth – new services, partnerships, or sectors.
  • Feed insights from sales, clients, and the market back into our strategy.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are commercially savvy, operationally sharp, and deeply passionate about wellness.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • B2B sales and outreach experience – ideally in service-based businesses or wellness sectors.
  • Confidence and results in closing deals and leading discovery conversations with decision-makers.
  • Experience working with or selling to corporate clients – HR, People & Culture teams.
  • A background in operations or general management – you’ve led people or projects before.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills – you can spin plates without breaking a sweat.
  • A clear passion for wellness and making a difference – you care deeply about what we do.
  • Experience or interest in corporate wellness is a huge plus.
