We’re Hiring: Full-Time Marketing Lead (£35K + Bonus)
Remote (with occasional London days for content & planning)

At MotivatePT, we help busy women build stronger, healthier bodies and minds through 1:1 personal training that fits around their lifestyle. We’re a small but ambitious wellness brand on a mission to make fitness non-negotiable — no matter what stage of life you’re in. From pre- and post-natal to peri-menopause and beyond, we support women through movement, accountability, and mindset.
We’re growing fast, and now we need a marketing powerhouse to join the team and take full ownership of our marketing engine.
About You – Non-Negotiables:
- You’ve grown social media accounts from scratch or significantly scaled them – and can prove it.
- You are on these platforms daily, and understand the complexities.
- You understand Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms inside out (you must excel in at least two).
- You’ve run paid ads (especially on IG & TikTok) that deliver real ROI – and you have metrics to back it up.
- You’re data-driven and results-focused.
- You’ve got 3–5+ years of marketing experience.
- You’re a self-starter – you take initiative and run with it.
- You can nail a strategy. You are able to take ownership and are all about solutions not problems.
- Design comes naturally and you love attention to detail.
Bonus If You Have:
- Video editing and content creation experience.
- Podcast production or management skills.
- A knack for sales, outreach, and brand partnerships.
- Strong experience with email campaigns and reactivation funnels.
- Knowledge of WordPress, copywriting, and CRM platforms.
- Startup or small business experience – you thrive when things move fast.
What You’ll Own:
- Organic social media growth and content strategy
- Paid campaigns (especially IG and TikTok)
- Email marketing (lead nurturing and reactivation)
- Video content and involvement in our podcast
- Outreach and brand collaborations
- Data, analytics, and reporting – you’ll live in the numbers
- Blog and website optimisations SEO
