Now, we’re looking for our number two – a strategic, commercial, and operational powerhouse who can help us scale our impact, grow our client base, and lead with clarity and care. You’ll lead operations, customer experience, and commercial strategy, with a clear focus on B2B business development and sales.
- B2B Outreach & Sales
- Lead the charge on acquiring new corporate clients.
- Build and manage a B2B pipeline – from outreach to closing.
- Refine our messaging and approach for HR teams and decision-makers.
- Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Improve and optimise our sales funnel and CRM processes.
- Coach internal team members on sales techniques where needed.
- Lead internal projects, launches, and service improvements from start to finish.
- Maintain and improve the client and trainer experience.
- Business Development & Strategy
- Identify and act on opportunities for growth – new services, partnerships, or sectors.
- Feed insights from sales, clients, and the market back into our strategy.
B2B sales and outreach experience – ideally in service-based businesses or wellness sectors. Confidence and results in closing deals and leading discovery conversations with decision-makers. Experience working with or selling to corporate clients – HR, People & Culture teams. A background in operations or general management – you’ve led people or projects before. Experience or interest in corporate wellness is a huge plus. Help redefine what wellness means for women and for modern companies.
Flexible hybrid working (1 day/week in our London office). Salary based on experience and your potential to grow with us (£37-60,000) with bonuses. A role with room to grow – into Commercial Director or COO within the next 12–24 months. You love the challenge of building something and improving it every day.
