We’re hiring a brilliant, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Lead who will take full ownership of our social media channels. If you live and breathe content and editing, and you’ve got the proof to show the results you’ve created — we want to hear from you. But if you don’t have that track record, please don’t apply.
This role is for you if:
- You’ve built and executed a content strategy from scratch, and you have the portfolio to prove it.
- You’ve grown accounts and driven real engagement and conversions across social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube — show us your work).
- You’ve launched social media & meta ads and can demonstrate a strong ROI.
- You’re strategic but hands-on — ready to roll up your sleeves and execute daily.
- You love working in small, ambitious, fast-moving teams where your work has a real impact.
Core Responsibilities:
- Content & Social Strategy: Develop and execute our brand content calendar across all channels, from Instagram to LinkedIn. You'll be the one posting, scheduling, and testing formats that convert.
- Editing and Shooting: You are happy to edit long and short form content.
- Events & Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners and organise marketing moments that get attention and drive growth.
- UGC and influencer relationships: You are proactive and constantly building our strategy through these tools.
Must-Haves:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your social media content, including results (follower growth, conversions, engagement metrics).
- Experience across all major social media platforms: expert level understanding on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- UK-based or UK working hours (we’re remote, but we operate on UK time).
- A high level of personal ownership — we are a small team and you will be the social media lead. You must thrive in this.
- Minimum 4 years experience in a corporate/small business.
Bonus Points for Experience In:
- Subscription-based services or tech platforms.
- Health, wellness, or fitness industries.
- Video content creation, podcast promotion, or UGC.
- Using analytics and marketing tools to report on KPIs and iterate.
