Location: Widnes

Basic Salary: £29,741 + Profit Share

Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm; Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00am - 7:00pm; No Saturday working

We're now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team and play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the efficient running of the workshop.

The Role

As Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop team. You'll be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, managing bookings, keeping customers updated and ensuring work is progressed efficiently from initial booking through to vehicle collection. You'll work closely with the technicians and management team, ensuring information flows effectively between the front of house and workshop. This is a customer-facing role where your communication, organisation and professionalism will be critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly first point of contact.
  • Manage customer bookings and vehicle check-ins.
  • Understand customer requirements and accurately communicate them to the workshop.
  • Liaise closely with technicians and management regarding vehicle progress.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Prepare estimates and communicate recommended repairs clearly.
  • Manage job cards, invoices and associated administration.
  • Use the workshop management system to maintain accurate records and maximise efficiency.
