Join a Business That's Investing in Its Future

Our client is a well-established independent automotive business in Widnes that has undergone significant investment and transformation over the last three years.

Having previously been a much-neglected business, the current owners have invested heavily across every area of the operation and have completely transformed the business. The result is a modern, professional and forward-thinking automotive operation with an ambitious plan for further expansion.

With that growth comes genuine opportunity for the right people to develop and progress within the business.

We're now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team and play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the efficient running of the workshop.

The Role

As Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop team.

You'll be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, managing bookings, keeping customers updated and ensuring work is progressed efficiently from initial booking through to vehicle collection.

You'll work closely with the technicians and management team, ensuring information flows effectively between the front of house and workshop.

This is a customer-facing role where your communication, organisation and professionalism will be critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly first point of contact.
  • Manage customer bookings and vehicle check-ins.
  • Understand customer requirements and accurately communicate them to the workshop.
  • Liaise closely with technicians and management regarding vehicle progress.
