Our client is looking for an experienced Implant Tyre Technician to join their team at a prestigious automotive dealership in Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tyre Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. You'll be working within a high-end dealership environment, becoming an important part of the customer's team while representing our client and delivering a consistently professional service.
The role will suit someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their appearance and workmanship, and understands the importance of providing an excellent customer experience in a premium environment.
The Role
- Accurately fit and repair tyres across a range of makes and models.
- Complete all work safely and to the highest standard.
- Remove and refit vehicle components and carry out associated adjustments where required.
- Identify and report any additional faults or safety concerns found during inspections.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures.
- Ensure customers' vehicles are treated with care and returned clean and presentable.
- Work closely with the dealership team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Seek technical advice and guidance when required.
- Complete work efficiently and within agreed timescales.
About You
We're looking for an experienced and professional Tyre Technician who understands the importance of quality workmanship and customer service. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a competent Tyre Technician/Fitter, either through industry experience or an apprenticeship.
- Full current UK Driving Licence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional approach to personal presentation.
- The ability to work efficiently within specified timescales.
- The confidence to work independently while also contributing effectively to a busy team.
- The ability to multitask and make sensible decisions when working under pressure.
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- A genuine commitment to delivering high standards of workmanship.
