Motiv8 South is seeking an Audience Development Officer for Gosport Routes to drive engagement across Gosport and the South East Hampshire region. This fixed-term role focuses on audience development, marketing, communications and community engagement to promote arts and cultural activity in the community.
You will support the Programme Director, help manage information flow and resources, and work with consortium members to ensure inclusive opportunities are accessible to all residents.
