The Motion Group consists of Motion Project Management, Motion Construction Management and our Developments arm. We're currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Motion Project Management.
Our projects team first started back in 2021 and throughout these past 5 years we have had continued, steady growth. We’re working on some incredible projects and specialise in highly-operational spaces. We’re passionate about the work that we do and most importantly, how we do it.

The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager at Motion, you'll play a key role within our Project Management team working alongisde the broader team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Proactively identify and address challenges, implementing solutions to ensure project success.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating their needs and delivering value-added solutions.
About You:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry at a consultancy.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction/Project Management or a related field is ideal.
- Hands-On Approach: This is not a role for ‘armchair project managers’. We need someone who is ready to roll their sleeves up, lead by example, and actively contribute to project success.
