Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Bootle. As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and removal of traffic management systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will regularly collaborate with team members, communicate with clients and the public, and ensure smooth traffic flow at worksites. Additional responsibilities include adhering to road safety protocols and promptly addressing any traffic-related issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Traffic Management and a strong understanding of streetworks.
- Analytical skills to assess situations and implement effective traffic control measures.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and the public.
- Certification in LANTRA Traffic Management M1, M2, and M5 is an advantage.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment.
- A valid driving license with no more than 6 points.
