As part of our growth, we are hiring for a Lead Generation Specialist for our Sales team. You will need to be based in the UK and you will work mostly remotely, travelling into our Eastbourne office at least once a month to catch up and strategise with the team.

The Job in Two Bullet Points:

• Identify and Verify Leads: Utilise Companies House API, Chamber of Commerce directories, and web scraping techniques to source and verify business leads.
• Automate and Analyse: Monitor and report on lead generation effectiveness, optimising strategies for maximum impact. Develop and manage workflows that automate lead sourcing, reducing reliance on purchased data while improving efficiency.

We are looking to recruit a talented, ambitious, smart, motivated and detail-oriented Automated Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. This position will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging automation tools and strategies to identify and validate high-quality business leads. The role requires technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a data-driven approach to lead generation.

We’ll love this job if you’re self-motivated and results-driven with proven experience in lead generation, sales intelligence, or data analysis. You’ll need to have the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and refine strategies accordingly backed up by a strong knowledge of automation tools, APIs, and web scraping techniques. You’ll need to be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. We’re also looking for someone with a growth mindset – someone who is continually raising standards and performance. We’re seeking a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering meaningful growth.

Great candidates will be able to show experience and success in several of the following areas:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales intelligence, or data analysis.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools, APIs, and web scraping techniques.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A growth mindset – continually raising standards and performance.
• Python development, particularly for automation and data tasks.
• Web scraping using APIs and libraries such as BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or Scrapy.
• Experience using Snov.io or similar tools alongside LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified leads.
• Ability to create and deploy bots that can scroll through websites and interact with APIs.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
