We are currently seeking qualified Electricians for long-term works across social housing properties throughout London. This role involves a combination of testing, upgrades and installation works, with a focus on delivering high-quality results across day-to-day and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical upgrades and installations
  • Maintenance and repairs within domestic properties
  • Working across both tenanted and void properties
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent)
  • City & Guilds 2391
  • 18th Edition
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
