£50/day Bonus for Still Saw | £300 Completion Bonus | Potential Long-Term Role We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker for a 3-day project in Plymouth, assisting with the construction of a retaining wall. Key Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of groundworking experience * Must have own tools * MUST have and be able to operate a still saw – £50 extra per day paid for bringing and using it * Ability to work efficiently, follow site instructions, and deliver high-quality results Rates & Bonus: * Competitive day rate (based on experience) * + £50/day for use of own still saw * £300 performance bonus paid upon successful and timely completion of the 3-day jobProject Duration: * 3 days – Retaining wall construction Future Opportunity: If you prove yourself on this job, a full-time role is available with ongoing work for at least the next 18 months. The site manager for this project is the director of a tier 2 construction company we are working closely with, he will be analysing the work done on site.
