We are seeking a dynamic and technically minded Website SEO Executive to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Web Strategy & Optimisation Manager, you will support the development, optimisation, and performance of our websites and customer portals. This role involves maintaining and updating our digital platforms, while optimising onsite performance through a data driven, test and learn approach. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working on front end website updates, CMS development (primarily Webflow), technical optimisation, and UX improvements. You will help improve conversion rates, fix technical issues, enhance user journeys, and ensure our digital platforms run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for candidates with junior development experience or those looking to move into website optimisation, CRO, and technical digital marketing. You will also support the creation of product collateral and internal communications, working closely with teams across the business and external agencies. The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and proactive, with strong communication skills, with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain website pages, components, and forms in Webflow (and WordPress), including layout updates, CMS collections, structural changes, and custom interactions.
- Manage updates across the website and customer portals, including product pages, landing pages, forms, blogs, case studies, ensuring everything is accurate, engaging, and SEO optimised.
- Perform regular website quality checks, including broken link monitoring, accessibility compliance, responsive layout checks, and content accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and campaign teams to build landing pages and support customer workflows that drive traffic and conversions.
- Use GA4, Clarity, Google Tag Manager and other UX tools to analyse user behaviour and ensure a seamless, conversion focused experience.
- Implement technical SEO fixes (e.g., meta tags, schema, redirects, broken links, image optimisation), either directly or in collaboration with external agencies.
- Monitor daily conversion rates and sales performance, working on CRO and UX initiatives from analysis through to testing and reporting.
- Support integration and automation tasks using tools like Zapier.
- Support day to day marketing activity and assist other departments with internal communications.
- Produce video content when required, such as product demos.
- Hands on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Zapier) and strong practical knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript beneficial).
- Experience in SEO with an understanding of on page, technical, and off page optimisation.
- Confident using SEO tools such as SEMrush and Google Search Console/ Bing Webmaster tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UX tools like Clarity or Hotjar.
- A good eye for creative execution, supported by experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- An organised, proactive, and resilient team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and seniority levels.
- Strong time management skills, exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
