About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Website Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Web Strategy & Optimisation Manager, you will maintain and update our digital platforms, while optimising onsite performance through a data‑driven, test‑and‑learn approach. You will also support the creation of product collateral and internal communications, working closely with teams across the business and external agencies. The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and proactive, with strong communication skills, with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily conversion rates and sales performance, working on CRO and UX initiatives—from data‑driven ideation to execution, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage updates across the website and customer portals, including new pages, blogs, case studies, and product content, ensuring everything is current, engaging, and SEO‑optimised.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and campaign teams to build landing pages and support customer workflows that drive traffic and conversions.
- Use GA4, Clarity, and other UX tools to analyse user behaviour and ensure a seamless, conversion‑focused experience.
- Update and maintain the website using Webflow, including product pages, landing pages, forms, and structural changes.
- Implement technical SEO fixes, either directly or in collaboration with external agencies.
- Support day‑to‑day marketing activity and assist other departments with internal communications.
- Produce video content when required, such as product demos.
- Perform regular website quality checks, including monitoring for broken links, ensuring accessibility compliance, and maintaining content accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in an SEO and content‑focused role, with knowledge of on‑page, technical, and off‑page SEO.
- Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Zapier).
- Confident using SEO tools such as SEMrush and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UX tools like Clarity or Hotjar.
- A good eye for creative execution, supported by experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- An organised, proactive, and resilient team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and seniority levels.
- Strong time‑management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
