About the role

Reporting to the Lead PMO, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects related to Motia across Fuel and Fleet products.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end to end delivery of projects including creating and maintaining Project Documentation such as Project Plans, RAID Logs.
  • Managing third-party vendors to ensure business requirements are fully understood and delivered accurately.
  • Lead project meetings to ensure projects are on track, identify and mitigate risk and issues.
  • Work across functions to establish working solutions that meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Work with PMO Lead to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and to required quality.
  • Compliance with our Business Conduct Guidelines and other Group Policies.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of successfully delivering projects and change across business functions.
  • Recognised qualification in Project Management: Prince2, APM, PMP certification.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem resolution and informed decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of the business from end users to Senior Leadership Team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise according to business needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers alongside the Lead PMO driving project excellence.
  • Assuring accuracy in documentation, reporting and compliance.
  • Experience in using Project Tools such as MSP, Visio, Microsoft Excel and Jira.
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between sites.

  • Salary – £40,000 – £45,000 DOE.
  • Hybrid Working – 3 days onsite, 2 days from home.
  • Training – dedicated training and development budget.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. An additional day annual leave for your birthday after 1 year tenure.
