We’re Motia. We help businesses fuel their fleets – and we’re growing fast. Right now, we’ve got space on our Sales Team for someone who’s curious, confident on the phone, and ready to learn. Sales experience? Handy, but not essential. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. This is a phone-based role. You’ll be speaking to new customers, finding out what they need, and showing them how our fuel cards and services can help. You won’t be reading from a script – you’ll be learning how to listen, ask the right questions, and offer the right solution. Office based role in Burnley town centre.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls (around 80 a day)
- Talking to businesses about their fuel needs
- Learning our products inside out
- Logging conversations in our CRM
- Building your pipeline – and your confidence
