About the role As Inbound Customer Service Executive, you will be part of the team who is the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for engaging with our customers, providing a high level of customer service, managing customers queries and promoting the benefits of our online account management portal. In addition to fuel cards, we offer a wide range of fleet products to discuss and cross sell to customers. Please note this role is based at our North Leeds office - LS16 6QY.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and deliver the best possible customer service
- Take inbound calls from customers, resolving queries in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Review and respond to customer emails and correspondence
- Analyse and resolve customer issues in required time frame
- Ensure customers are aware and know how to use our online Account Management portal.
- Confirming and updating customers data and information
- Discuss and cross sell our full range of fleet products
