We are excited to announce an opportunity for you to join the Fleet Specialist Team at Motia, located in North Leeds (LS16 6QY). In this dynamic role, you will be the main point of contact for our existing customers, helping them manage their fleet needs efficiently. Your aim will be to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions from our extensive range of products, ultimately helping them save on costs and streamline operations. Even if you are new to sales, we are committed to delivering all the training required for you to excel in this position!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product lines and industry landscape.
- Plan and execute sales activities effectively to meet targets.
- Develop relationships with new customers through effective communication and service.
- Ensure a top-quality service to bolster customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Manage inquiries and follow up on potential sales leads promptly.
- Record interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate customer records.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
