What you'll do
- Support the preparation and delivery of Motherson's regulatory sustainability disclosures, including CSRD and BRSR reporting cycles.
- Collect, validate and analyse ESG data from across the business to ensure accuracy, completeness and audit-readiness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor sustainability performance and progress against targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Contribute to governance and continuous improvement across sustainability processes.
- Support the integration of AI-enabled and digital tools to enhance analytics and reporting efficiency.
- Produce reports and briefings for internal and external audiences, including senior leadership. Support the development of internal training and awareness content on sustainability topics,

What we are looking for
- At least one year of experience in a sustainability, ESG, or reporting-related
role. - A genuine interest in sustainability & a desire to build expertise in this space.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data from multiple
sources. - Strong communication skills — able to translate complex information for non-technical audiences.
- A degree or professional qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG, or a closely related field.
