At its heart this work is about relationships: strengthening them, restoring them, and ensuring they are places of safety and dignity.

We are looking for a new Chief Executive, to lead Mothers’ Union into its next 150 years. We are keen to speak to people who can lead with clarity, experience, and care, someone who can lead a small staff team, in an organisation which has huge global impact, and who understands the value of a global Christian fellowship to grow that impact in a changing world.

This is a hugely exciting role for someone who brings leadership, innovation, who is motivated by their faith and a real passion for global change. Emotional intelligence, compassion and empathy, a track record in leading change and great strategic instincts are all important, and this is a fantastic opportunity to use these skills for positive change through women around the world.
