Most brands talk about meaning. We’re building one that makes people feel something real - and trust it. Mother’s Earth is one of Europe’s fastest-growing home care brands. We make cleaning products that are safer for families, kinder to the planet, and designed to become part of modern homes, not hidden under the sink. We’re building toward a €100M+ brand, and brand cannot be an afterthought. It needs to be the engine. We’re now hiring our first Head of Brand.

What you’ll own

  • Define and lead Mother’s Earth’s brand strategy, positioning, and architecture.
  • Build a clear, scalable brand system across voice, visuals, messaging, and identity.
  • Translate the founder's vision into a brand people instantly understand and remember.
  • Shape how the brand shows up across ecommerce, retail, content, PR, partnerships, and product launches.
  • Lead major campaigns and cultural moments that build long-term brand equity, not just short-term attention.
  • Work closely with performance, product, and commercial teams so brand and growth reinforce each other.
  • Help turn Earthy into a recognizable icon.

What we’re looking for

  • You’re likely a strong fit if you have:
  • 8–12 years of brand experience in consumer, DTC, FMCG, beauty, personal care, or adjacent categories.
  • Built or significantly scaled a brand system from €10M → €50M+ (ideally €100M exposure).
  • Experience in multi-market Europe.
  • Worked closely with performance marketing teams and understand how brand drives commercial growth.
  • Led agencies and creative partners while staying commercially grounded.
  • Strong visual taste and strategic clarity.
  • Hands‑on seniority — able to move between strategy, creative direction, and execution.
  • Experience in brand‑led categories where trust, education, simplicity, or ritual mattered.

You’ll thrive here if you are

  • Energized by a strong founder vision.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed.
  • Obsessed with clarity, coherence, and consistency.
  • Able to build while scaling, not wait for perfect conditions.
  • Excited by the challenge of building a category‑defining brand in home care.

This role is not for you if

  • You want to manage campaigns rather than architect a brand.
  • You need large teams and heavy process to do your best work.
  • You see brand and performance as separate worlds.
  • Your background is mainly social media or content without deeper brand ownership.

Why join

  • Shape a €100M+ brand from the inside.
  • Work directly with founders and leadership.
  • Build something that genuinely matters.
  • Help create a brand families trust and remember.
