With a growing global client base and a track record of success, we’re now expanding into new industries—and we’re looking for a strategic, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help lead that charge.

As an SDR at MotherLink, you’ll be instrumental in growing our client portfolio through proactive outbound sales and thoughtful client engagement. You’ll manage the full top-of-funnel cycle—from identifying new leads to delivering customized proposals—while collaborating closely with our SEO Account Managers and marketing team to ensure alignment between client needs and our service offerings.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully sold digital marketing services, particularly SEO, and is now ready to drive growth in new verticals.

  • Inbound Sales Handling: Respond to inquiries quickly, qualify prospects, and convert interest into opportunity.
  • Client Discovery & Demo Calls: Conduct engaging discovery and demo calls, digging into client pain points and illustrating how our SEO solutions deliver value.
  • Craft personalized offers that match client goals, leveraging our full range of SEO and digital solutions.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain clean, organized CRM data and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with our SEO, account management, and marketing teams to sharpen pitch angles and optimize sales enablement assets.

Sales Experience: 2+ years of proven success in a sales development or similar role—must include digital marketing or SEO service sales.

Outbound Sales Expertise: Comfortable initiating cold outreach and booking discovery calls with mid-size and enterprise clients.

CRM Fluency: Skilled in using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written English skills (native or near-native fluency). Able to assess client needs and align them with the most effective services.

Background in agency environments or SaaS sales. Familiarity with sales automation platforms or AI-powered prospecting tools. An existing network or client portfolio that could open immediate opportunities.

Attractive Compensation: €24,000–€36,000 annually, plus commissions.

Remote Flexibility: 100% remote work with a results-driven mindset. Contractor agreement with 20 PTO days annually.
