As we grow across the UK, we’re excited to announce our new Rochdale depot — set up to support our expanding operations in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and Sheffield. Our Midlands team has been doing a great job getting things going, and now we’re building a permanent local team to take it forward.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Vending Operator to join our Northern operations team. You’ll be based out of our brand-new Rochdale depot, supporting daily stock deliveries and machine refills across the region.

This is more than just a driving job — you’ll be the face of Mother on-site, making sure machines are stocked, clean, and running smoothly. You’ll be part of a wider team, with support from the Ops Manager and Drivers Lead, and training provided to get you up to speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and refill stock across a set route of smart vending machines

• Keep machines clean, presentable, and in working order

• Perform basic checks and report any issues (training provided)

• Keep accurate records of stock levels and machine performance

• Communicate with the wider team on replenishment and tech issues

• Support other drivers and jump on different routes as needed

• Ensure your van is loaded properly and kept clean and road-ready

• Represent the brand with a positive and professional attitude on-site

• Occasionally help with warehouse tasks at the depot (stock checks, loading, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a driving, delivery or field-based role

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own route

• Strong time management and reliability

• Friendly, proactive, and happy to pitch in wherever needed

• Full UK driving licence required
