How to apply… We want to learn more about you, so rather than sending a cv, we’d love you to answer the below questions:

  • Describe yourself in only 5 words
  • What do you imagine Mother is like?
  • Tell us about a time you got your hands dirty
  • What’s the first advert you remember and why did it stick with you?
  • What are you most and least proud of?

You can answer these questions in any way or format you wish. Write your answers, record a voice note, create a video, pen a poem or a song. It’s entirely up to you, but make it fun, silly, sombre, weird - whatever! Just please make it memorable and personal and don’t use AI tools - we want to know you.

The deadline for all applications is Monday 1 June 2026. We will try our best to get back to every candidate, but please note that due to the volume of applications we aren’t always able to respond to everyone. If you don’t hear from us within 4 weeks of applying, unfortunately you have not been successful this time, but please do keep your eyes peeled as we generally recruit for new Crew members every 6 months.

Some handy tips… If you opt for a video or audio file, please keep this short and sweet (90 seconds or less). Review your work before submitting it including checking the spelling and grammar (maybe run it past a friend too, for an extra pair of eyes). Please don’t send your CV or a cover note - we won’t read them. For part one, make it creative, fun and memorable, and try not to reuse something that you made for your dissertation or GCSE art project (cos we will know if you do!) Simple but well executed ideas can be amazing.
