You’ll be the right hand to our Business Operations Lead and the engine behind “how we work” at Mother Root. This is a brand-new role in a brand-new function, which means two things: real ownership from day one, and a genuine path to grow with us. There’s a real opportunity for the right person to grow as the team scales, so if you want to learn the craft of business operations, with hands-on coaching and support as you grow, this could be for you.
You will own:
- The Ways of Working Log - keep it tidy and up to date, run regular reviews, ensure actions are delegated to the right owners and followed through.
- Notion support for the team - be the first port of call for questions, keep team training current as things evolve, support colleagues with building pages and databases, and help keep our workspace healthy.
- Tech stack - auditing our tech stack database, keeping it accurate, and helping ensure access is correct across the business.
