The Role We’re looking for a detail focused and proactive Quality Technologist to join our Technical team and help maintain the highest standards across our products and supply chain. This role is central to ensuring quality, compliance, testing, and technical processes are effectively coordinated in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. You’ll support the day‑to‑day management of product quality systems, supplier and product compliance, testing programmes, and third‑party certifications. Working cross‑functionally with suppliers, co‑manufacturers and internal stakeholders, you’ll help ensure products consistently meet regulatory, customer, and brand standards. What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain raw material and finished product testing schedules across suppliers, co‑manufacturers, and internal manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate sample submissions, monitor testing timelines and results, and escalate any quality or compliance concerns to the relevant technical lead.
- Support trending analysis and horizon scanning through regular review of quality, testing, and compliance data.
- Track certification renewal timelines and coordinate annual submissions for existing products.
- Maintain accurate technical records, specifications, and documentation within internal systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across technical and quality processes.
- Review supplier Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and release approved materials through internal systems, flagging any out‑of‑specification results.
