Role Description
We are seeking an organized, dedicated, and motivated Business Partner for a full-time on-site role based in Hanwood, Shrewsbury. The Business Partner will work closely with Edward to develop their gardening skills, manage site operations, and foster client relationships. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and managing team workflows. The role also involves ensuring quality service delivery for all landscaping and maintenance projects while maintaining the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and customer satisfaction.
