Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am) and finish (between 4pm and 6pm).

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Off Trade, this is a brand‑new role for an experienced Senior National Account Manager, looking to drive continued growth for MOTH across a portfolio of accounts, including some of the leading names in UK Grocery.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the strategy development and day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of accounts including some of the top UK Grocery retailers.
- Laser focused on driving the basics – range and availability.
- Be the face of MOTH: building long‑lasting, trusting relationships at both head office and store level to maintain our category‑leading position.
- Accountable for the delivery of short and medium‑term commercial goals and reporting account performance weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Constantly search for new ideas to grow both brand and category, looking beyond RTD for inspiration on what’s possible by customer.
- Present large, bold, category‑leading initiatives and communicate the big‑picture excitement involved.
- Punctuate the blank space in data with customer insights to craft a well‑rounded, considered approach to your customers.
- Work hand in hand with Category Insights & Shopper Marketing to bring new, innovative ideas to life in‑store and beyond, all with sales growth in mind.
- Forecast and re‑forecast regularly alongside the Operations team to ensure that our Production team has all the information they need to handle demand.
- Willing to get involved where needed with other departments across the business – e.g. supporting trade shows, festivals, and bars.
Who You Are
- A Senior NAM with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in that role.
- Demonstrable experience growing & managing national Grocery accounts.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Expert at managing P+Ls, crafting JBPs & delivering best‑in‑class trade plans.
- Confident in setting & achieving commercial targets – Revenue, Gross Profit & Net Profit.
- Commercially minded with an excellent grasp of Excel and an eye for detail.
- Accustomed to working in partnership with Category Insights, Shopper Marketing, and Demand Planning teams.
