Hybrid: 3 days in our London Paddington offices, 2 days working from home.

Contract type: 6 month contract, full time (5 days)
Salary: £31,000 / year (pro-rata)
Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am) and finish (between 4pm and 6pm) times. There may be times where evening and weekend work are necessary.

The role
We're looking for a trend-obsessed social media executive who lives on socials, understands internet culture and understands the creator landscape. In this role, you’ll own our daily community management, drive content creation for TikTok and Instagram Stories, and keep MOTH at the center of culture through reactive trends and influencer collaborations.
Key responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of all social platforms.
- Schedule and publish content in line with the social content calendar, ensuring timely delivery.
- Bring fresh content ideas that help keep MOTH relevant and distinctive across social channels.
- Support in updating the content calendar.
- Work closely with the Content Creator to coordinate on content requirements and asset delivery.
- Own the end-to-end creation of Instagram Stories, from briefing to posting.
- Support with TikTok content creation.
- Community Management
- Manage daily engagement across our social channels, responding to comments, messages and mentions across all social platforms, maintaining brand tone of voice.
- Flag and elevate community insights, feedback or issues to the Social Media Manager.
- Identify opportunities to increase community engagement and growth.
- Creator & Influencer Support
- Support with execution of influencer campaigns across the UK & US.
- Support with influencer outreach and sample send-outs.
- Helping build strong relationships with influencers.
- Trend & Cultural Monitoring
- Stay on top of platform updates, emerging trends and creator activity.
- Identify opportunities for reactive content and cultural moments.
Who you are
You’ve got your finger firmly on the pulse, you're obsessed with socials and know exactly what's trending before anyone else. You deeply understand internet culture, influencer landscapes, and how to get people talking. You’re a confident, warm communicator who genuinely enjoys building relationships. You're an enthusiastic, proactive self-starter who is hungry to learn and scale with us. You have brilliant organisation skills, great time management and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience with basic video editing is beneficial but not a requirement.
