Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am) and finish (between 4pm and 6pm) times.
Salary: Equivalent to £30,000 gross per annum (£2,500 gross per month)

The Role
This summer, you will be the face of MOTH across one of our key London territories—either SW & Central or East & North—bringing the brand to life where it matters most: in stores, on the streets, and in front of customers.
Responsibilities
- Unlocking New Opportunities in Convenience:
- Partner with our Convenience and Wholesale team to get MOTH into new convenience stores, support wholesale depot activity, and lead in-store sampling sessions (note: some of these may be on weekends).
- Collaborate with our marketing team to amplify MOTH’s brand in independent and convenience outlets.
- Visit top-performing stores weekly to build strong relationships with store managers across key accounts including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Tesco, Coop, and others.
- Drive brand visibility and product availability through creative, proactive engagement with those store teams.
- Spot opportunities to expand MOTH’s presence, increase sales, and ensure we’re always looking our best.
- Report back on competitor activity and share valuable insights.
- Take ownership of your top store sales numbers.
- Spend real time with customers and become an expert in how brands thrive in-store.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to keep MOTH front of mind.
- Pitch exciting, innovative activation ideas to our Off-Trade team.
Who you are
- No direct experience needed, although some sales experience would be an advantage.
- Confidence in speaking to new people and approaching new customers.
- People orientated and a first class relationship builder.
- Driven by selling and the prospect of achieving number targets.
- Self-starting & self-motivated, can work independently and manage your time effectively.
