Hybrid: 3 days in our London Paddington offices, 2 days working from home.

Contract type: 3 month contract, full or part time (potential to convert to full time permanent)
Salary: £65,000 / year
Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am) and finish (between 4pm and 6pm) times.
Travel: Some travel will be required, within the UK.
The Role
MOTH are looking for an interim experienced Field Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop the Field Sales function in our business. Using the Off-Trade Commercial Strategy and the priorities outlined, this role will be responsible for executing the Field Sales strategy that delivers our supercharged growth targets. Your key KPIs will be agreed upon using the following metrics: Revenue/NSV, Case Volume, Distribution, ROS, Visibility, and Activation Compliance. As part of this, you will own, manage, and where necessary lead the execution to ensure we deliver excellence on the ground across the Off-Trade. The role will focus predominantly on Convenience/Impulse but will play a crucial role in Grocery compliance during key campaigns and times of the year. It’s a role that will sit in the Commercial team but work incredibly closely with Off-Trade Marketing to bring new, innovative ideas to market. You will develop MOTH’s field team capability and the people that sit within that team, setting priorities and bearing responsibility for their output. Key Responsibilities
- Use the overall Off-Trade Commercial Strategy to build a Field Team strategy that will enable us to achieve our supercharged growth targets
- Plan yours and your team's weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities based on both key commercial KPIs – Revenue/NSV, Case Volume & Distribution – and cross-departmental KPIs: Visibility, Activation & ROS
- Lead, coach and develop our Field Sales team to achieve both individual and team target. As part of this, ensure that your team is not only high output but also highly engaged and loving their day-to-day work
- Act as a voice for the Field Team at meetings with Leadership, raising any risks and opportunities with a solution‑led, growth mindset
- Work hand in hand with the Convenience Commercial team and Convenience Trade Marketing team to construct bespoke plans
