Hybrid: 3 days in our Paddington offices, 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Head of Digital
Contract type: Freelance contract - December until end of February
Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am) and finish (between 4pm and 6pm) times.

Our team in the UK has grown to more than 50 people and we’re looking for a brilliant freelance Acquisition Manager to join our team, initially for a 3 month period to cover a period of parental leave.
What You’ll Be Doing
- DIGITAL ADS MANAGEMENT
- Oversee and maintain live acquisition campaigns across paid channels, ensuring performance continuity and budget alignment
- Manage relationships with agency partners and the internal teams to deliver campaign assets
- Introduce structure and process improvements to campaign setup, reporting, and optimisation workflows
- Create a creative testing and optimisation framework, taking performance insights to guide future creative iterations
- Manage the Amazon ads agency partner to ensure delivery against performance goals and budget alignment
- SEO
- Manage internal stakeholders across teams to ensure delivery of planned SEO initiatives and content
- Coordinate ongoing SEO activity, ensuring that scheduled content is produced, optimised, and published according to the existing roadmap
- Champion SEO best practices internally, reinforcing keyword strategy and on-page optimisation across all new content
- DATA MANAGEMENT
- Review and optimise foundational data processes and reporting, including attribution modelling, traffic analysis, and acquisition tracking
- Audit and improve current reporting setup, identifying gaps and opportunities to simplify and automate key metrics
- Support compliance and awareness of regulatory and data privacy requirements within the digital team
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- External: Digital Ads Agency and Amazon Ads Agency
- Internal: Design and Copy Teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in Digital Ads Management
- Previous experience in SEO
- Previous experience in Data Management
- Previous experience in Stakeholder Management
- FMCG would be a bonus
