Our team in the UK has grown to more than 50 people and we're not stopping there, we’re looking for a superstar National Account Manager in our Grocery team.
The role
We’re looking for a positive self‑starting creatively driven and detail‑obsessed Digital Designer/Editor to join the in‑house MOTH Brand Creative team. This role is perfect for someone who is early in their design and storytelling career but has experience, confidence, and a hunger to learn. This will be someone who loves solving problems and researching new skills independently (even if it’s spending a few hours on Youtube!), and someone who loves turning ideas into compelling ads and content that move consumers down the digital funnel, from awareness to conversion. You’ll create, refine, and optimise digital assets that support both our brand, digital and grocery channels, working closely with the brand creative, digital, and marketing teams. You’ll bring campaigns to life through sharp visual design, strong editing and storytelling and a performance mindset that ensures every asset works hard.
Key responsibilities
- Design and produce high-converting, digital assets (product ads, video creatives, carousels, display ads etc) for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and platforms like website and email.
- Implement strong content editorial skills to ensure engaging and interactive creative that responds to platform algorithms and stands out for creative excellence.
- Develop performance-focused creative variations for A/B testing and optimisation across the full funnel.
- Translate brand and campaign guidelines and digital/social trends into consistent, breakthrough visuals across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay current on digital design trends, platform best practices, organic social trends, creative optimisation techniques, and FMCG category behaviours.
- Have a strong understanding of hooks and narratives within ads – collaborating with our copywriter to ensure clarity, tone and persuasion.
- Assist in the creative team in ideation sessions across campaign concepting, (storyboarding, mood boards).
- Help manage and organise design files, templates and asset libraries for smooth workflow and support the Brand Creative team in the establishment of creative best practices for the organisation.
- Ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of design, accuracy, dynamism and brand integrity (especially when working with AI) and continuously work with adjacent teams to track measurable results and drive them.
Who you are
- 1–2 years’ design and video specialist experience (in‑house or agency).
- Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, content, video editing, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and video creation, especially ad creative across motion and static.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro) and workflow tools like Figma. 3D software is also an added bonus.
- Skilled in video and motion design, with strong understanding of social platforms (organic and paid).
- Familiarity with performance marketing creative principles and what drives click‑through and conversion.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools and emerging creative technologies to improve output and workflow.
- Understanding of core design principles – typography, layout, colour, composition.
- Experience designing for social, display, and e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, retailer media).
- Experience with FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
- Creative and passionate about branding, digital storytelling, and consumer psychology.
- Self‑starting and on top of creative workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
- Strong communicator with the ability to edit and articulate ideas clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
- Positive attitude, self‑starting, hungry to learn and unafraid of new challenge.
