Hybrid: 3 days in our London Paddington offices, 2 days working from home.
Reporting to: On Trade Marketing Lead.
Contract type: Permanent, full time (5 days).
Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8 am and 10 am) and finish (between 4 pm and 6 pm).
Travel: Some travel within the UK required.
Start date: ASAP.
The Role: Specialising in brand activation (events, trade activation and partnerships), you’ll be a doer who brings enthusiasm and high energy to help us execute best‑in‑class marketing activation plans that are outstanding, engaging and social‑worthy. You will join the marketing team based in London, report to the On Trade Marketing Lead and closely support the Senior Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
- On‑trade activation: Own all brand activation within the IFT (independent hospitality venues) channel and lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of all trade shows.
- Events and partnerships: Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of consumer events across the UK and support the delivery of brand partnerships.
- Product sampling: Own the process of sending out all marketing samples to press and influencer contacts, as well as event sponsorships.
- POS: Work with the Senior Brand Manager to curate marketing activation toolkits, research and procure point‑of‑sale visibility items.
- PR: Manage MOTH’s press inbox, bespoke gifting campaigns and support the execution of large‑scale PR activations.
Requirements:
- A year's experience working in a marketing role.
- Passion, enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
- High standard of execution.
- Exceptional organisation, with a keen eye for detail and proven time‑management skills.
- A team player able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives.
- Ability to work across multiple tasks at pace.
- Ability to work at events some weekends and evenings (days in lieu will be given in return).
- An interest in cocktails, food and drink.

- Flexible working hours – Core working hours are 10 am‑4 pm, so you can choose your working hours to suit you (e.g. 8 am‑4 pm, 9 am‑5 pm or 10 am‑6 pm).
