Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour over 5 days. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am) and finish (between 4pm and 6pm) times.

Our team in the UK has grown to more than 40 people and weâre looking for an On Trade sales superstar to help us unlock the potential we see to put MOTH Cocktails on Draught.
The Role
Youâll own the endâtoâend development, launch, and scaling of MOTH Cocktails on Draught across onâtrade (Pubs, Bars, Events). From developing the proposition and forming commercial partnerships to system implementation, youâll build and lead this new growth opportunity from scratch, collaborating across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the commercial strategy for MOTH on Draught, aligned with overall brand and business objectives
- Define market entry priorities, pricing structure, and growth roadmap
- Lead crossâfunctional project teams to ensure successful execution â from product setup to venue rollout
- Business Development
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with key onâtrade operators, pub groups, venues, and events
- Build longâterm commercial relationships that drive volume, visibility, and profitability
- Work closely with distribution and logistics partners to ensure smooth draught supply and quality control
- Execution & Operations
- Oversee pilot programmes, installations, and technical setups with draught equipment suppliers
- Define and monitor key performance metrics â sales velocity, ROI, customer satisfaction, and repeat rate
- Ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and brand standards across all draught touchpoints
- Brand & Marketing
- Collaborate with marketing to develop trade activation, launch campaigns, and pointâofâsale materials
- Champion the MOTH brand in onâtrade environments â ensuring the draught experience reflects our premium, playful, and inclusive values
- Represent MOTH at trade shows, festivals, and industry events to build awareness and excitement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in onâtrade, drinks, or hospitality â ideally with exposure to draught or dispense systems
- Proven track record in business development or commercial leadership roles, driving new product or channel launches
- Strong understanding of draught infrastructure, dispense logistics, and onâtrade operational models
- Deep network within the UK onâtrade sector â pubs, bars, wholesalers, events, and venue groups
- Exceptional commercial acumen â able to balance brand building with P&L responsibility
- Strategic thinker with handsâon execution ability and startup mindset
- Excellent communicator and collaborator â comfortable influencing across teams and levels
- Passionate about great drinks, hospitality, and creating memorable shared experiences
