Are you an experienced Service Advisor with great leadership skills working in the vehicle aftermarket? If yes, we would like to talk to you. We are Motest, a very successful independent garage group based in the South East with 18 branches, from Wiltshire to Kent.
We are seeking a Service Advisor for Motest Tonbridge, a highly successful & well-established branch on the Deacon Trading Estate, off the busy Morley Road. The branch sales have grown spectacularly in recent years, and with continuing demand for our MOT/servicing/repair services, we need to take the branch to the next level. The branch covers Class 1, 2, 4, 5 & 7 Mots and there are plans for expansion, which this job will be involved with.
For the successful candidates, there is a £3000 signing on payment, paid in £1000 instalments over your first 3 months.
Salary expectations:
- Salary: £32.5k to £35k per year
- Bonus Scheme: £6k (target) to £21k (target+) per year
- On Target Earnings: £38.5k to £56k per year (includes 26 Saturdays per year)

- Ideally mechanically knowledgeable & familiar with MOT scheme

Successful candidates will be put on the MOTEST bonus scheme, which is paid monthly on top of the salary. This is a combined bonus, based on branch performance making it easier to achieve as a team.
