Ensure the delivery of high‑quality assets for e‑commerce, social media, digital marketing, and retail channels. Help to maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams; Creative, buying, styling, brand, digital marketing, and e‑commerce, to align creative outputs with commercial objectives. Encourage a collaborative and creative environment while maintaining structure and accountability.
  • Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay plugged into culture, fashion, and social media trends to inspire forward‑thinking creative concepts. Identify opportunities for innovative campaigns and content that engage and excite our audience. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Creative Producer or similar role within fashion, retail, or a youth‑focused lifestyle brand, with a strong portfolio of industry contacts. Confident leading end‑to‑end shoot production — from pre‑production planning through to final delivery — collaborating with photographers, stylists, and production teams. Strong graphic design sensibility with a refined eye for layout, typography, and colour; experienced in overseeing brand assets across digital and print including campaigns, social content, newsletters, packaging, and in‑store visuals. Skilled at translating brand strategy and creative direction into cohesive visual systems, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative ambition with deadlines and budgets. Experience mentoring junior creatives and leading cross‑functional teams, with the ability to give clear, constructive creative feedback. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with Figma; experience with motion or video content creation is a plus. Strong understanding of social‑first and platform‑native content, particularly for Instagram and TikTok.

Attributes: Deeply plugged into fashion, music, and youth culture. Bold, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling. Commercially minded—able to balance creativity with business objectives. Energetic, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Strong communicator with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and guide teams to deliver on that vision. Committed to promoting conscious creativity, helping us build a brand that champions sustainability and supports our social and environmental impact.
