We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Product Manager to support and lead on the strategy, development, and optimisation of our online shopping experience. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer satisfaction across our digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with customer‑centric thinking and cross‑functional leadership.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Coordinating web development projects (site updates, new features, integrations)
- Define and own the ecommerce product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and focusing on customer acquisition
- Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis
- Writing or refining requirements / user stories
- Thorough QA testing (UAT) before releases
- Leading with external agencies and developers with platforms such as Shopify, Venn Apps, Web Development
- Tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies with regular feedback to Stakeholders
- Manage and optimise ecommerce platforms including Shopify, and marketplaces
- Drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and customer retention
- Oversee site merchandising, product listings, promotions, and checkout flows
- Monitor ecommerce KPIs daily
- Use analytics tools to generate actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimise performance through ads and organic
- Stay informed about ecommerce trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
- Champion a customer‑first mindset across the organisation
- Coordinating with agencies, developers, UX, and marketing
- Tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Seeing all projects through to completion and on time
About you:

Experience:

- Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimisation) and experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with SEO, customer acquisition, and lifecycle marketing
- Technical background or experience working closely with third party agencies
