Manual skills in the hotel industry? That's the perfect combination! Together with external service providers, you will ensure that our technology and IT run smoothly and that our guests are comfortable. You will therefore be responsible for:
- Monitoring the functionality of equipment, lifts and technical facilities throughout the hotel and carefully keeping track of defects
- Communicating, liaising and cooperating with external companies, in particular checking any maintenance work
- Undertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation work
- Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
- Ensuring preventive maintenance programs are implemented and followed
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Supervising the maintenance team
- Management of hotel health and safety compliance
- Project management including management of external contractors
