Manual skills in the hotel industry? That’s the perfect combination! You will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your duties will include the following:

  • Carrying out plastering, painting and silicone work in public and non-public areas
  • Organising and providing the necessary materials
  • Complying with the Motel One quality standards and corporate philosophy
  • Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams

Personality and hosting skills are our priority! You will also:

  • Have completed an apprenticeship as a painter/decorator and/or have several years of professional experience
  • Be open and communicative, pay attention to detail and be interested in technology
  • Be flexible and organised and have an excellent sense of quality and service
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together

Full time role, 40 hours per week, 5 over 7
