The clever brain behind the scenes! Thanks to your excellent organisational skills, you will be responsible for accounting in your Motel One.
Please note this is a part time role of 20 hours - preferably 4 hours per day Monday to Friday. This is a temporary role through until about September/October.
Your duties will also include the following:
- Preparing weekly, monthly and annual statements in accordance with controlling guidelines
- Preparing weekly and monthly statistics and reports
- Oversee day to day accounting tasks
- Office management, incl. invoicing, petty cash, ordering office materials, reimbursing travel expenses
Qualifications:
- Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority.
- Have completed a commercial or accounting apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in a similar administrative or accounting role
- Have outstanding organisational skills and an excellent sense of quality and service
- Strong communication skills and a solid command of English, both written and spoken
- Confident team player, willing to support colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals together
- Proficient with common office software (e.g., MS Office, SAP accounting software, Futurelog)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
- Reliable, punctual, and with a positive can do attitude
