Preparing and setting up the breakfast buffet. Providing a seamless, rapid service and implementing the Motel One breakfast concept “One Smile”. Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams.
In addition to hosting duties, your responsibilities include tending the bar and One Lounge, as well as:
- Helping to organise the bar service and determining all necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager.
- Providing advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products to achieve the One Lounge sales budget.
- Ordering food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and taking inventory at the end of the month.
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or professional experience in the hotel/catering industry, or being ready to change careers.
- Open, communicative with strong hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry.
- Flexible, creative with an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations.
- Team player willing to provide assistance across departments.
