You will be passionate to provide our guests with excellent service: as a friendly voice on the phone, an amicable contact by email or with a welcoming smile on arrival, your warmth for hospitality will shine. In your role you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming our guests with warmth on arrival and departure with passion
- Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options
- Producing and verifying invoices, including managing payments
- Cash transactions and cashing up
- Administrative and organisational tasks (e.g. managing no-shows, answering emails)
Qualifications
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
- Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Be open and communicative and have a solid command of (written and spoken) English
- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer call service sector or be looking for a change of career
