Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following:

  • Providing a seamless, rapid service
  • Helping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager
  • Providing advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget
  • Helping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month
  • Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams

  • Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career

  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
