The predicted salary is between 28103 - 34348 £ per year.
You will provide our guests with excellent service: as a friendly voice on the phone, an amicable contact by email or with a welcoming smile at check-in. At the front desk and in our Reservations department, you will be responsible for:
- Looking after our guests, including check-in and check-out
- Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options
- Maintaining Sihot, as well as our electronic bookings systems
- Producing and verifying invoices, including managing payments
- Cash transactions and cashing up
- Administrative and organisational tasks (e.g. managing no-shows, answering emails)

Qualifications
- Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority.
- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer call centre industry or be looking for a change of career
- Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Be open and communicative and have a solid command of (written and spoken) English
- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
